Rey Dela Pena

Rey is our Principal Physiotherapist. He graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

 

He has completed additional training in Cognitive Functional Therapy, Advanced Spinal and Manual Therapy, McKenzie and Mulligan therapy, Dry Needling/Western Acupuncture, and strength and conditioning.

Rey has always been driven and deeply passionate about helping his patients, clients, and the wider community (both local and abroad).

Rey believes in providing excellent “best-care practice” and facilitating a multi-modal and inter-disciplinary team approach for pain, dysfunction, and overall wellness for all individuals.

Bethany Cowley

Bethany graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. Her love of all sports and exercise led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. 

Bethany is a friendly and empathetic Physiotherapist who strives to work together with her clients to help them achieve their goals whatever they may be. She focuses on an individual approach ensuring that each person receives treatment that is personalized to them and their condition.


Bethany's interest areas include Acute and Chronic pain, Sports injuries, Women's health, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Chest Physiotherapy for management of respiratory conditions, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, Dry Needling Therapy, and Mat work Pilates.

Dana Harper

 

Dana completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction) at QUT. She believes in a holistic approach when working with her clients, considering a variety of factors to provide the best quality care. Dana has special interests in acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries (particularly post-surgical rehabilitation, sporting and overuse injuries of the knees, back, and shoulders), women’s health (pre- and post-partum and pelvic floor training), mental health, and chronic pain. She has also undergone additional training in the assessment of biomechanics and the influence this has on injuries. She is also a qualified instructor in both Matwork Pilates and Reformer Pilates. Dana enjoys using a combination of Pilates, strength-based work, and a hands-on approach to assist in delivering the most appropriate exercise for each individual.

Outside of the clinic, Dana loves to run, climb mountains, go to the beach, picnic in the park, and spend time with her friends and family.

Zoe Ghelfi

 

Zoe joined the One Health Collective team in 2020 as a Senior Receptionist and Client Services Officer after obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. 

 

Since becoming involved in the health industry, she has discovered a love for helping people behind the scenes. She strongly believes in making a difference through small actions.. a smile, kind word, or gesture to help. She is passionate about developing relationships with clients and being a part of their One Health Collective journey. 

 

Outside of work, Zoe has a long-standing involvement in sport and exercise, competing and coaching competitive dancing for over 12 years. She also enjoys running and pilates and is a regular on the reformer! When not working hard, you can find Zoe enjoying time with friends, and family and drinking far too much coffee.
